Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery is available within Australia only.
  • Free delivery on orders $150 and over. This does not include bulky wall painting and furniture items. Bulky wall paintings and furniture items can only be collected from our store or call store (03)93109448 to get a quote of delivery charges.
  • All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days after payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address specified in your order details, please ensure all information is correct before placing an order.
For ‘Change of Mind’:  
  • We will provide you with an opportunity to exchange for other products on our site, or we will issue you with a credit note valued at the price of your returned products.
  • You must have the appropriate proof of purchase (e.g. the tax invoice provided with your order)
  • You must not have purchased the product over 30 days
  • The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and labels in-tact. For safety and hygiene purposes, this means you have not used your items.
  • These benefits given under our change of mind policy are in accordance to the right and remedies provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • The return postage will be at your own risk and cost. We recommend using a trusty service which offers tracking.
For ‘Faulty Items’:
  • If your order is received damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase and send a photo of the damage.
  • The type of remedy will depend on the extent of the damage or fault. This may be either:
  • Offering a partial or full store credit or refund
  • Replace the product (subject to available stock)
  • Arrange for the product to be returned to us
